The Westlake Municipal Court is pleased to offer these convenient, online options to our customers. Our goal is to provide both open access to court processes and procedural justice.

Request Forms (keeping citation off your record):

• Request for Deferred Disposition
• Request for Driver’s Safety Course

Request Forms (payment assistance, resulting in a conviction):

• Request for Payment Arrangement
• Request for Indigency (Inability to Pay)

Submitting Paperwork:

• Submit Proof of Deferred Disposition Completion (25 & under)
• Submit Proof of Driver’s Safety Completion
