Solana Zoning Case Update from Nov. 27 Town Council Meeting RE: Zoning Case Z-06-19-17

In our ongoing efforts to help residents and stakeholders stay informed, Town of Westlake Staff would like to provide you with the very latest on zoning case Z-06-19-17 involving the undeveloped land off Solana Boulevard.  

At the Nov.27 Town Council meeting, council members denied the proposed residential development, 61-lot plan (Version 3) by a vote of 3-1 based on consideration of P&Z Commissioner's recommendations, Staff recommendations, letters from residents, and conversations during the Public Hearing on Nov.27, 2017.  

Here is a quick link to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) regarding the Planned District 1 (PD1) Zoning District.  We hope this FAQ will help answer some common questions and also provide a historical perspective as it relates to PD1 as a whole and the recently denied Zoning Case Z-06-19-17, filed by Wilbow Corp.
