UTILITY BILLING ONLINE BILL PAY
The Town of Westlake is pleased to offer automatic bank or credit card drafts to pay your water/wastewater and trash/recycling bill.  You may enroll for recurring bank or credit card drafts to pay your water bill!  Bills are drafted on the due date each month so you do not have to worry about being late. 

Options:
* Recurring bank draft
* Recurring credit card draft
* One-time credit card payment

You can make an online payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from your home or office using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. 

Recurring bank drafts are offered as a free service to our customers; however, there is a 3% transaction fee that will be incurred when using a credit card.

You can also change your password, view billing and payment history, consumption history, view last bill, view/change basic account information, and correspond with the Utility Billing office while online.  You can request help at any time by clicking on the "How to" button for step-by-step instructions.

To access your account, please click on the ONLINE BILL PAY icon found in the left margin. This is also where you can sign up to have your bills emailed to you. We encourage all of our residents to sign up for e-bills!  If you would like your bill emailed to you, but would rather not set up your online account, you can always call the Public Works department for assistance: 817-490-5732. We are here to help.

WINTER QUARTER AVERAGING
Every March the Town of Westlake, like most of our neighboring communities, calculates each resident’s sewer volume utilizing the Winter Quarter Average rate method.  This is determined by averaging the usage of water in December, January, and February of each calendar year - typically the lowest 3 months of usage in the year.  This average then sets the billing volume of sewer usage for the following 12 months.

By practicing water conservation techniques, residents can reduce their wastewater bill by monitoring water usage during the winter months and repairing any leaks in their system.

And remember, you can take a hands-on approach and monitor your water usage closely by utilizing the EyeOnWater program app. This can help customers analyze their peak usage times, quantities, and quickly identify a leak.

2017 WATER RATE STUDY

We have provided for your review the PowerPoint presentation shown to Council at their Jan. 23, 2017 meeting regarding the 2017 completed study. These adopted rates went into effect February 1, 2017, and more information was emailed to residents & stakeholders regarding Westlake's water rates.
