P&Z Update from Nov. 13 Meeting Re: Zoning Case Z-06-19-17

In our ongoing efforts to help residents and stakeholders stay informed, Town of Westlake Staff would like to provide you with the very latest on zoning case Z-06-19-17 involving the undeveloped land off Solana Boulevard.  

At the Nov.13 Planning and Zoning meeting, commissioners voted down a proposal for a residential, 61-lot plan (Version 3) by a vote of 4-1, and recommended a newly proposed 56-lot concept plan (Version 4) that is subject to staff recommendations.

Please note: Zoning Case Z-06-19-17, its related Public Hearings, and the recommendations made by the P&Z Commissioners will be considered by the Town Council at their November meeting on Monday, November 27, 2017.
