Have you been getting all our emails? Quite often, Town staff sends emails about important news around Westlake, but we’ve heard from several of you that you’re not receiving them despite being on our distribution list. The main cause for this may be that the emails are going straight to your junk or spam email folder.
Luckily, there’s an easy fix. To ensure you're getting all the Town's communications, here's what you do.
- In Outlook, locate our email in your junk folder
- Right-click on the email and select "Rules".
- Then click on "Always Move Messages From".
- Select "Inbox" from the menu then click on "OK".
