  • The court’s physical address is: 1500 Solana Blvd, Bldg 7, Suite 7201, Westlake, TX 76262. You may use this address to find driving directions from your current location to the court office.

Our lobby hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday (excluding holiday closures). On the evenings when a plea docket is scheduled, which is usually two Wednesdays a month, the courtroom opens at 3:45 pm to begin the check-in process for the docket.

Also, we do not close the office during the lunch period. However, this is our busiest time of day, so please allow extra time (10-15 minutes) if you would like to come in on your lunch break.

  • Your citation information must be filed in the court office - by the police officer - prior to the clerk assisting you with payment or any case-processing activities. Citations are issued through the Keller Police Department and they transport their information to us either electronically or via courier two to three times per week. This may cause a delay in the court office receiving the original document from the police facility.

According to law, you may not present your copy of the document and use this to process your case. This is the equivalent of you (as the defendant) attempting to file the charges against yourself.

  • The Town of Westlake does not have its own police department. We have entered into an interlocal agreement with the City of Keller in order to provide these day-to-day police services.
