The Pathfinder

About the Publication

The Pathfinder is a publication of the Westlake Historical Preservation Board. The name of Westlake's historical journal evokes images of roads, pathways, and those who find and travel roads - pathfinders. We all travel roads, real and imagined. We like to think of our publication as a road to romance, adventure, and discovery. And we are the pathfinders.

The Pathfinder Editor Joyce Gibson Roach and Associate Editor E.I. "Jack" Wiesman welcomed articles and comments relating to the history of Westlake and Northeast Tarrant County. We encourage you to take a moment and look back in time to learn more about Westlake and the Cross Timbers region at the provided links below.

Publication Archives

The Pathfinder published a total of six editions for an annual subscription price of $15 a year. Copies of most editions remain available for purchase.
