Late Notice
Late bids/proposals will not be accepted for any reason and will be returned unopened. Sealed bids are publicly opened at a date, time, and location specified in the bid documents, unless otherwise noted.

Sealed proposals are opened in a manner that avoids disclosure of the contents to competing offers and keeps the proposals confidential during negotiations.
***The pre-submittal meeting, originally scheduled for January 26, 2026, has been permanently canceled. All site visits will now need to be scheduled between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on February 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th through the Town's project manager per the invitation to bid. All questions should be submitted in writing to the Town of Westlake project manager.
