Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting Request

  1. INSTRUCTIONS

    Please use this form to request a Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. The Planning Department will contact you to schedule a meeting once the completed form has been submitted with ALL required items. The DRC meets twice a month on Wednesday mornings, with time slots at 10 am and 11 am. Meetings are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    • Completion of DRC Meeting Request
    • Uploading of a conceptual layout plan along with other supporting documents such as a grading/drainage plan, open space or landscape plan, paving plan, etc...
    • Uploading of conceptual building elevations, floor plans, or renderings of the project
  4. Conceptual layout and any supporting information (drainage plan, landscape plan, etc.)

  5. Concept building elevations, floor pan, or representative designs (if available)


  6. Acknowledgements

    I, the applicant, request a pre-development meeting for the purpose of discussing a proposed project in general terms. I have provided the information requested in this form and understand that this meeting does not constitute Town review for purposes of approval or permit issuance. 

    I, the applicant have acquired a licensed professional engineer, and consulted independently, regarding potential drainage, utility, and floodplain impact issues to aid in making decisions on this property.

    I, the applicant, have also acquired a licensed professional architect, and consulted independently, before making any decisions regarding building design, layout, etc., where applicable.

    I, the applicant, understand that this meeting is not a development or permit application and does not constitute approval of such for this proposed project.

  7. Electronic Signature Agreement*

    1. Your meeting request will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document; and
    2.  By signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature; and 
    3. You may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
  8. Provide a list of people who will attend the meeting and their responsibilities in the development (i.e. prospective purchaser, developer, current property owner, real estate agent, architect, engineer, etc.)

  9. Provide the number of people you expect to attend the meeting.
