Communities

The Town of Westlake is home to several communities, all of which share a commitment to excellence and possess unique character and charm. You can see where our subdivisions are located using the Westlake Neighborhoods Map. Most of our communities are governed by HOAs

Carpenter Addition (Mahotea Boone)

Westlake's oldest subdivision, having been platted about 1978, Mahotea Boone has fourteen lots, eleven of which currently have older homes. It is zoned for a minimum of two-acre lots and appears to be redeveloping with larger homes. The developer was Bill Boone, who named the street after his grandmother.

Entrada

Entrada is an 85-acre mixed-use development within Westlake. Although Entrada is mixed-use, it will feature townhomes, villas, and condos throughout the Catalonia-themed village. You can find out more about Entrada by going to our Entrada Webpage.

Glenwyck Farms

Glenwyck Farms is a wonderful private community situated on over 100 wooded acres in a quiet rural setting. Glenwyck has home sites that range from 0.80 acres to over 1 acre in a park-like setting with mature trees, a running trail, and several natural ponds. This neighborhood is also home to Glenwyck Farms Park, 13.5 acres of open space with a variety of 60 feet oak and pecan trees. The park includes a running brook, three rustic bridges, and a paved walking path. Oak and pecan trees, some of which tower 60 feet, decorate the lush area.

Granada

Granada features 84 single-family luxury homes on approximately 84 acres of land north of Dove Rd and south of Solana Blvd. Granada includes wide-open spaces that are privately owned and maintained but contain publicly accessible trails that connect with the other trails throughout Westlake.

Knolls at Solana

A 64-acre, 56-lot development with over a third of the development dedicated as open space. A 22.881-acre conservation easement known as the Cross Timbers Ridge Conservation Area is nestled in between the three neighboring residential subdivisions of Glenwyck Farms, Granada, and Terra Bella.

Paigebrooke

Paigebrooke is a eight-lot subdivision with multiple ponds providing every home with a view of the water. Former Mayor Scott Bradley who named the subdivision after his two daughters, Paige and Brooke, developed the subdivision in the late 1990s.

Quail Hollow

Quail Hollow is one of the newest residential development in Westlake. The development covers 188 acres of gorgeous landscape and plans to have 96 estate homes that reside on lots over 1 acre.

Shelby Estates

Shelby Estates is one of the oldest subdivisions featuring large 5-10 acre lots. Homes are set back far from the roadway, which creates the open/rural feel of the Westlake community.

Westlake Ranch / Aspen Ranch

Westlake Ranch and nearby Aspen Ranch are the newest residential subdivisions to be approved with a 38-acre, 35-lot development on the border of Westlake & Keller. Residences include single & two-story villas and larger estate homes with on-site home maintenance concierge.

Solana Hills

Solana Hills

Solana Hills is a meticulously crafted residential development located in a picturesque setting that is distinguished by its abundant greenery and diverse terrain, providing residents with a harmonious blend of natural aesthetics and contemporary comforts. Embraced by nature's beauty, this charming community boasts 55 thoughtfully designed lots, each offering a unique blend of tranquility and modern living.

Stagecoach Hills

In this 30-house airport subdivision, airplanes are almost as common as cars. The subdivision's name comes from its location on an old stagecoach trail from Keller to Denton.

Terra Bella

Terra Bella is a 28-lot, 54.7 acres, gated Planned Development subdivision with a 22.6-acre open space/nature preserve featuring a hike and bike trail. Terra Bella is accessible from Dove Road and Sam School Road, on the eastern border of Westlake.

Vaquero

Gently rolling hills and picturesque meadows comprise the private oasis of Vaquero, With approximately 298 homes, this guard-gated community surrounds a world-class golf course designed by Tom Fazio, complete with shimmering ponds and countless groves of majestic oaks. This subdivision offers the highest quality in home design and construction, maintain plus a strong sense of community pride abounds with state-of-the-art private club facilities and personalized concierge services all within this beautiful family enclave. Vaquero maintains its distinct identity with architectural and landscape design guidelines and an extensive community-landscaping program.

Villaggio

Villaggio is Westlake's newest residential development boasting 17 expansive lots, each spanning a minimum of one acre in size. Nestled in an idyllic setting, Villaggio offers discerning homeowners the epitome of opulent living amidst breathtaking natural beauty.

Wyck Hill (formerly the Estates of Westlake)

Wyck Hill is a subdivision with 12 homes that contains heavily wooded one-acre lots. The roads in this neighborhood are narrow and enclosed by trees. Wyck Hill is located on the southeast corner of Dove Rd and Pearson Rd.
