This free, 10-week course offers participants a deeper understanding of our operations and tactics and serves as a prerequisite for those wanting to join our Volunteers in Police Services unit.
The next class will kick off with an address from Chief Brad Fortune on the evening of Jan. 5 and then meet from 6-9 p.m. on 10 consecutive Thursdays beginning Jan. 8. To participate, you must be 21 or older, live or work within the Westlake city limits, and pass a criminal background check.
