Capital Improvements Advisory Committee

Functions of the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee (CIAC)

The purpose of the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee is advising and making recommendations to the Town Council concerning land use assumptions, capital improvement plans for water, wastewater, and roadway facilities, and impact fees for such facilities and shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code.

As authorized by Resolution 25-11 approved by Town Council on March 24, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall serve as the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee.
